Regional Health Reach provides comprehensive medical, mental health and dental care for homeless individuals and families in Rochester and Monroe County, regardless of their ability to pay. Those it serves can obtain health assessments, mental health evaluations, tests for tuberculosis, HIV and STDs; treatment of acute and chronic health conditions, dental exams and care, referrals for additional treatment and other benefits.

Services are available at the nonprofit’s Genesee Street clinic, at local homeless shelters and through mobile medical and dental units.

Provides counseling for children, adolescents, adults, caregivers and couples who are suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, a lack of self-esteem and other issues. Accepts most insurances and has a generous sliding fee scale for those who might have difficult paying for their treatment.

• The Women’s Health-Clinton Family Health Center

Provides a wide variety of services for women of all ages, including adult and adolescent gynecological care, routine and high-risk obstetrical care, family planning services and prenatal care. The center has a special interest in serving those who speak Spanish.

A financial specialist is on hand to assist patients with insurance coverage, and fees are on a sliding scale based upon financial need.
