In addition to anonymous employee feedback shared with an independent third party, the selection process examined publicly available data, media reporting on workplace practices, and third-party indicators of integrity and transparency. Companies were disqualified if found to have engaged in discriminatory or harmful practices, making the final list a true mark of excellence and accountability in the healthcare industry.
