HCR Home Care has hired Molly Dillon as its compliance director.
Dillon oversees all operations related to corporate compliance, including training, developing policies and procedures and standards of conduct in accordance with federal and state laws, rules and regulations. She also serves as the agency HIPAA officer, monitors company activities and conducts audits.
Dillon brings to the position more than 15 years of experience in leadership and home healthcare quality and compliance. She previously served as chief operating officer, compliance officer and quality assurance specialist/HIPAA officer at a licensed home care services agency.
Dillon is certified in healthcare compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association and earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Niagara University.
