How do you see the healthcare industry changing in the next few years, and how will you prepare the organization for those changes? “Supporting each employee to be an expert in the policy changes that effect the health insurance industry. Following and translating to our clients the anticipated changes in Medicare policy, the Affordable Care Act, and the impacts on the small business market.”
What are your top three priorities for your organization within the next year? “Provide education to staff and clients to understand how federal and state policies impact individuals, retain and support a professional and competent staff, anticipate and plan for changes in the insurance markets.
How can the healthcare industry in the region be improved? “Improve the transparency of medical billing so that the consumer can match their explanation of benefits to their billing statements.”
