For the fifth time, UR Medicine Thompson Health is on the “150 Top Places to Work in Healthcare” list released by Becker’s Hospital Review.
According to the publication featuring business and legal information for healthcare industry leaders, the 2022 list “highlights hospitals, health systems and healthcare companies that promote diversity within the workforce, employee engagement and professional growth.”
This year, there are a total of eight New York hospitals, health systems and medical groups included. Five are downstate, with the other two Upstate New York hospitals being the University of Rochester Medical Center and Highland Hospital in Rochester, also an affiliate of UR Medicine. The list includes organizations both big and small, with some of the better-known hospitals including the Cleveland Clinic, the Mayo Clinic and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
